People Manager

The focus of my role is the development and delivery of a People Strategy and Plan that will help us to attract, support, develop and retain our people helping to create a work environment where people can thrive.

I am an experienced HR professional having worked in HR for over 20 years in both the private and public sector, spending the majority of my career working for the NHS. I have worked in a variety of roles but my passion is in service improvement and making positive change to improve the working lives of staff.

I live in the beautiful Eden Valley and when I am not working love to get out into the countryside for long walks with my husband and our cocker spaniel.
