As General Manager, I’ve one of the most varied roles in the organisation. I initially joined NCPC in early 2019 to help the director team launch North Cumbria Primary Care Ltd. After successfully on-boarding 11 practices, 16 sites and approximately 350 staff into the organisation during 2019 and 2020, I now support the director team with all aspects of running of the organisation.
Working in the NHS is challenging and Primary Care is no exception, we’re working together, to ensure we do the best that we can, for our patients and our staff.
Outside of work you’ll find me somewhere near water, in it or on it. It’s the perfect time-out for me!
