Michelle Palmer

Clinical Quality Manager

I feel privileged to work in General Practice and proud to be part of such a passionate, dedicated and hardworking team. I am personally committed to living and breathing the values of NCPC. NCPC integrate quality into all we do by identifying our quality priorities and the improvements that we will make to facilitate development though continuous learning. We view these as a series of interlinking cogs to support our clinical vision around the provision of patient centred care. Working in my role as Clinical Quality Manager I support team members and practices to deliver our quality priorities and improvements which will enhance quality outcomes for Patients and Team Members. As a team we continually work together to overcome challenges and help create a sustainable Primary Care Model, fit for current and future generations.

I have a wealth of experience in Business and Human Resource Management, having previously worked with organisations and teams in the Public and Private sectors. I feel it is incredibly important to develop a positive working environment and work together with our health care partners, patient’s, carers and team members to utilise their knowledge and expertise to drive quality improvement and ensure engagement, job satisfaction and well-being.

One of my greatest achievements is being a Mum and I am very lucky to have two beautiful daughters and a wonderful Husband.  I enjoy creating memories with my family and our Labrador, we love to travel and still have many places on our list to visit! As a family we are committed to supporting Horse Riding for the Disabled and supporting the club with fundraising and events which creates inclusion and happiness for all those involved.-
