Charlotte  (Charlie) is our Managing Director and joined us from the National Health Innovation Network, overseeing collaborative strategic partnerships and innovation horizon scanning to identify tomorrow’s innovations today.  Charlie previously worked for Blackpool Teaching Hospitals where she was Director of Planning and Delivery leading on strategy, planning and transformation.

She joined the NHS on her birthday in 2007, originally training clinically as a primary care graduate mental health worker in Halton and St Helens before going on to work in research and development before joining the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme, where she specialised in General Management.

Charlie has a wealth of knowledge working both nationally and internationally, having worked in consultancy for EY she is experienced across all sectors of healthcare.

Charlie holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Manchester Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Healthcare Leadership and Service Improvement.

In her spare time, Charlie is predominantly outdoors, swimming, cycling, running, split boarding or hiking, all with her trusty side-kick, Hollie the cocker spaniel.
